CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY ON SERVICE

As our services involve strategic planning, technical resources, and project allocation, this Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.
By engaging with our services, clients agree to the terms described in this policy.
Service Cancellation Policy: Clients may request to cancel a service or project engagement by submitting a written cancellation request through email or the official communication channel used for the project.
If a cancellation request is made before the project has officially started, the service may be cancelled without any additional charges, except for administrative or processing fees if applicable.
If the project has already commenced, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the scope of work completed, resources allocated, and time invested by our team up to the cancellation date.
Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their service booking within 24 hours of making the reservation without penalty.
Cancellation Fees: If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours after booking, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost will be charged.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the allowable cancellation period (24 hours from booking). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Before Project Initiation: If the cancellation request is submitted before work begins, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund after deducting administrative or transaction fees.
During Project Development: If the project is already in progress, refunds may be issued only for the portion of the service that has not yet been completed. Costs associated with completed work, consultations, planning, design, development, or allocated resources will not be refundable.
Completed Projects or Delivered Services: Once a project has been completed and delivered according to the agreed scope, refunds will generally not be applicable.
Client-Initiated Project Delays: If a project is delayed due to a lack of communication, required materials, approvals, or feedback from the client for an extended period, the project may be considered inactive. In such cases, refunds may not be applicable as resources and planning have already been allocated.
Non-Refundable Services: Any booking fee or purchase are strictly non- refundable and non-deferrable.
