What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor the development team.
- Architect and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Build responsive, modern frontend interfaces.
- Implement and manage VoIP, SIP configuration, and call routing.
- Configure and maintain email systems (SMTP, IMAP/POP, DNS).
- Develop and integrate CRM & ERP solutions.
- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scaling.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of full-stack/backend development with leadership skill.
- Strong in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Next.js, React Native.
- Backend expertise with Node.js, Express.js, and microservices.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs, integrations, and third-party services.
- Proficient with MongoDB, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Linux, Nginx, and CI/CD.
- Skilled in VoIP, SIP setup, and call routing.
- Strong understanding of JWT, OAuth, & authentication systems.
- Proficient with Git and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).

Working Hours
- 10 AM to 7 PM (with 10 minutes break for each prayer, and 1 hour lunch break)
- Weekly 6 days office (Monday to Saturday)
- Half-day on Saturdays
- Weekly holidays on Sundays
